Fernandez, Rolfe leads Fire past Toronto FC (The Associated Press)

TORONTO (AP) -- Alvaro Fernandez and Chris Rolfe scored to help the Chicago Fire beat Toronto FC 2-1 on Wednesday night in Major League Soccer.
